Ayesha Curry’s Weight Loss Diet

Typically, her day starts with a cup of coffee, but she also adds ghee and coconut oil for healthy fat. She makes sure to drink 32 ounces of water, sometimes with cucumber and lemon.

In an interview with Yahoo Canada, she said,

“I try to stick to nourishing, delicious food in moderation; I keep track of the food I’m putting into my body through the Fitbit app on my phone, and the calories toward my daily goal are at a glance on my watch.”

She continued, “We’re a ‘green veggies’ family. We love Brussels, asparagus, and broccoli. I like to roast them on high heat to give everything a nice char and enhance the flavor of the vegetables.

There’s nothing I love more than a one-pot or one sheet pan dinner, so most nights I’ll season up a protein and roast it alongside the vegetables.

I do a lighter breading using panko instead of regular bread crumbs and whip up a super-fast and fresh tomato sauce for the topping.”

Ayeha’s Weight Loss Exercise

In a video for Harper’s Bazaar, Ayesha said, “Fitness wasn’t really a part of my lifestyle, and I’d say the past year and a half since having all of my kids, it’s really become a staple for me, and it helps me have mental clarity.”

“I don’t think there’s any formula that works for everyone, but I do believe that creating time for yourself to exercise is never time wasted.“ So I went to work finding ways to incorporate healthy habits into my busy schedule and picked up a few tricks along the way (easy 10-minute workouts, fast healthy recipes, etc.).”

She works out five days a week to have mental clarity. About her exercise routine, she said, “My quick workouts include arm circuit, core body strength, legs and glutes, and invigorating stretching. This variation helps you hit both weights and cardio, depending on your goals.”

“I started to realize that the more aggressive, high-intensity workouts don’t actually work for me,” she continues. “So for me, taking a hike and being out in nature, going for a jog, or working out for 20 minutes instead of an hour actually works better for me. And I started to see more results. Pilates, yoga, and hiking—that’s the stuff that I saw the most change.”

“You might have a day where it doesn’t feel great and it’s not working, and that’s okay. But know that any step, whether big or small, is a step in the right direction,” she says.
